- Discover: When we first speak together, let’s learn more about each other. It is my goal to get to know you personally. The more I get to know about you, your passions and interests, your travel history, and your likes and dislikes, the better I will be able to custom-tailor a trip which will be perfect for you. My goal is to be your trusted travel advisor over time — to get to know you and to build a relationship over multiple trips so that each can be more personalized than the last.
- Collaborate: Here is where we will work together to find your perfect destinations. Whether you have a specific destination in mind, or just want a particular experience, we will work in broad strokes to outline your itinerary.
- Design: Now we get into the nitty-gritty! We have decided where you are going, now how are you getting there? Where are you going to stay? What are you going to do while you are there? What is going to make this a “Wow” experience for you? We will work back and forth to fill in the details and design your perfect itinerary, often working with expert contacts that I have in the areas where you are going.
- Reserve: We have the details perfect! Now let’s set it in stone and make sure that everything is booked.
- Stay In Touch: After we have designed your perfect itinerary and made your reservations, I’m not going anywhere! I will touch base with you from time to time to answer any questions that you might have, to make sure that you have everything that you need. I will be staying in touch with my contacts at your destination — making sure that everything is ready for your arrival, and making sure that they know who you are and what they can do to make this a special trip.
- Experience: You’re off! I’m still here, living vicariously through your adventures ;-). More to the point, I am available if any issues arise. I will be checking in with my colleagues who are taking care of you at your destination, working behind the scenes to make sure that you are having a great time.
